By switching to Direct Energy you can take advantage of our innovative natural gas plans. Choosing Direct Energy won’t change how you get natural gas, just how much you pay for it. Plus, we do not charge enrolment fees when you sign up. With Direct Energy you have a real choice. That's our promise to you.

Price Protection Plan

Our price protection plans offer the security of a fixed rate, protecting you against market and utility rate increases. That means even if market prices go up, your rate is guaranteed not to increase.

Be Green

When you purchase a natural gas price protection plan, you have the option of supporting the environment and making your natural gas consumption 100% carbon neutral. Direct Energy will purchase certified carbon emission credits equivalent to the amount of carbon dioxide emitted through your natural gas use from environmentally friendly projects such as wind farms, solar or biomass.

*Terasen Gas customers must reside in the Lower Mainland, Fraser Valley, Interior and Kootenays (excluding Fort Nelson and Revelstoke) to be eligible for Customer Choice.
